THIS IS MORE THAN A CASE-MANAGEMENT POSITION.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in the tax resolution industry.
The right candidate can grow into increased responsibilities, senior case-management roles, leadership, and other opportunities within our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of active tax resolution cases.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case status, documentation, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Contact the IRS and State Tax Agencies to obtain and verify account information.
  • Request, review, and analyze IRS transcripts, including Account, Wage & Income, and other applicable transcripts.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain IRS and State Power of Attorney documents.
  • Review client financial information and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with preparation and review of financial statements.
  • Monitor case deadlines and ensure required actions are completed timely.
  • Respond to IRS and State notices and correspondence.
  • Work closely with Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, CPAs, tax preparers, and other members of the legal team.
  • Identify potential case issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case notes.
  • Keep client files organized and up to date.
  • Upload, scan, and manage documentation using company systems.
  • Follow internal case-management procedures and quality-control standards.
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service.
  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and other company-approved communication channels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Tax Resolution Industry Experience is REQUIRED.
  • We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working with tax resolution cases.

Candidates should have:
  • 2+ years of Tax Resolution Case Management experience preferred.
  • Experience communicating with the IRS and/or State Tax Agencies.
  • Experience obtaining and reviewing IRS transcripts.
  • Understanding of IRS collections and compliance procedures.
  • Familiarity with IRS Power of Attorney procedures.
  • Experience working with tax resolution documentation and financial information.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Professional phone presence and client-service skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM/database systems, and other office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS.
